Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of this website, the JoltRev demonstration line and the JoltRev service. The service is operated by RHG Solutions LLC. By using the site or calling the demonstration line, you agree to these Terms.

The demonstration line

(412) 618-1995 is a demonstration of the JoltRev system. It is not a service company, and calling it does not schedule work at your home or business. It exists so prospective clients can experience how the system handles an inquiry. Demonstration calls may be recorded or transcribed for evaluation, as described in our Privacy Policy.

What JoltRev is

JoltRev is a call handling system that can be configured to answer overflow and after-hours calls, capture caller information, qualify service requests, schedule appointments or callbacks, and record call outcomes. It is a tool operated on your behalf under your direction and using business information you approve.

No guaranteed results

We do not guarantee any particular number of calls, appointments, bookings, customers, savings, revenue or return on investment. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your market, your pricing, your availability, your close rate and how you follow up on what the system captures.

Where the system reports an estimated value of captured opportunities, that estimate is calculated from assumptions you provide about your own business. It is an estimate for sizing purposes only. It is not a measurement of revenue, not a forecast, and not a representation that any captured opportunity would have become a paying customer.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information, and review and approve the information the system uses to answer on your behalf.
• Make sure your use of the service, including call recording and any messaging, complies with the laws that apply to your business and your jurisdiction.
• Obtain any consent your jurisdiction requires from your own callers.
• Follow up on the requests and appointments the system captures.
• Keep your account credentials and access secure.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing or unsolicited communications, to impersonate another business, or in any way that violates applicable telecommunications, messaging or consumer protection law.

Fees and pilots

Fees, including any pilot arrangement, are set out in the written offer or order form you receive. Where a pilot is offered, its terms, duration and pricing are stated in that document and govern over any general description on this site. Pilot availability is limited and qualification-based. Unless your written agreement says otherwise, there is no long-term contract, and fees already incurred are not refundable.

Third-party services

The service depends on third-party providers for telephony, scheduling, email and messaging. Interruptions, changes or failures in those providers may affect the service. We do not control and are not responsible for third party networks, carriers or platforms.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running reliably but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Telephone networks, carriers and internet infrastructure can fail for reasons outside our control.

Disclaimer of warranties

Except as expressly stated in a written agreement with you, the service and this website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RHG Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business or lost opportunities, arising out of or relating to the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

No legal or compliance advice

Nothing on this site or in the service is legal advice. JoltRev does not provide legal compliance on your behalf. Consent language, privacy provisions and messaging workflows require your own review and approval, and where appropriate the review of your own counsel, before you put them into production.

Intellectual property

The JoltRev name, this website and its content are owned by RHG Solutions LLC. Your business information and your customer data remain yours.

Termination

Either party may end the engagement as described in your written agreement. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment or for use that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The revision date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
