The Revenue Recovery System for HVAC Companies
For independent HVAC owners and operators
You paid to make the phone ring. Make sure the opportunity isn't lost.
JoltRev answers overflow and after-hours HVAC calls, captures what the customer needs, and helps get qualified callers to the right next step.
This is the JoltRev demonstration line. You are calling a demonstration of the system, not a service company.

The problem
The call comes in while your hands are full
You already paid for that call — through advertising, your Google listing, a referral or years of reputation. The caller does not know why nobody picked up. They just move on to the next result.
A tech is on a rooftop unit
Gloves on, panel open. The phone rings out in the truck.
You are driving between jobs
Two calls come in back to back on the parkway. Neither gets answered.
The office is closed
A no-heat call lands at 9:40 on a Sunday night. Voicemail is the only thing home.
You are already on the line
You are booking one customer while another caller is trying to get through and nobody is free to answer.
It is the first hot week of the year
Every line rings at once and the callers keep going down the list.
A caller with no heat in February or no cooling in July is unlikely to leave a message and wait. If nobody answers, the next company is only a tap away.
How it works
What happens when JoltRev picks up
You decide when it answers — after hours only, on overflow, or both. From there the call follows a workflow you approve.
The customer calls your number
The call routes to JoltRev after hours, during overflow, or whenever nobody on your team is available to answer.
JoltRev answers with your business information
It uses the company name, services, hours and policies you approved. Callers hear how your company handles this kind of call, not a generic script.
It identifies the service request and captures the details
Type of system, what the customer is describing, whether heat or cooling is out, the service address, and how to reach them back.
It schedules the next step or sends the request through
The call ends with an appointment booked against your availability, a callback scheduled, or the request routed to your team — whichever you configured.
You can see what came in and what happened next
Call details and outcomes are logged for review, so you can look at what the phone actually did last month instead of guessing at it.
Capabilities
Configured for how HVAC calls actually come in
Every item here is something the system can be set up to do. What you switch on is your call.
After-hours and overflow answering
Covers nights, weekends, holidays and the hours when your whole team is already tied up.
Caller details captured during the call
Name, callback number and service address recorded as the caller gives them.
HVAC service request qualification
Asks your questions: system type, what it is doing, whether the house has heat or cooling, how long it has been out.
Service area guidance
Applies the ZIP codes and towns you cover, and handles out-of-area callers the way you specify.
Appointment and callback scheduling
Books against your real availability with conflict checking, or takes a callback request when a booking is not appropriate.
Optional confirmation texts
Can send approved appointment or callback confirmations by text when messaging is configured and the caller has given permission.
Call outcome tracking
Records which calls produced a qualified request, a booking or a callback, and which did not.
Your services, policies and pricing rules
Services offered, brands serviced, diagnostic fee handling, scheduling windows and any other business information you approve.
Accountability
Built to show its work
We are not going to tell you how many jobs this will win you. We do not know your close rate, your ticket average or your market. What the system can do is document what it handled, so you can judge it on your own numbers.
- Calls answered that would otherwise have gone unanswered
- Qualified service requests captured, with the details the caller gave
- Callbacks requested and scheduled
- Appointments booked against your calendar
- Call outcomes, including the ones that did not turn into anything
The demo
Don't take our word for it
Call the demonstration line and run it like a customer would. Describe a no-heat call. Ask what it costs. Try to book a time. Then decide whether it belongs on your phone.
If you want to talk with us, ask it to schedule a callback with our team.
Questions
What HVAC owners ask
Is this meant to replace my office staff?
No. It covers the calls your team cannot get to — after hours, during overflow, and when everyone is already on the phone or on a job. When your office is open and available, your people answer.
Can it answer after hours or when we are slammed?
Yes. That is the main use. You choose whether it picks up only outside business hours, only when nobody on your team gets to the phone, or both.
Can it schedule appointments or callbacks?
Yes. It can be configured to book against your availability, check for conflicts, suggest available times, or take a callback request instead of booking. You decide which of those it is allowed to do.
Will it know our services and service area?
It answers using the information you approve during setup — services, brands, hours, scheduling rules, diagnostic fee handling and the towns or ZIP codes you cover. It does not invent answers about your business.
Can it send text confirmations?
Text confirmations can be enabled when messaging is configured for your business. With the caller's permission, JoltRev can send approved follow-up messages such as appointment or callback confirmations.
How do you measure captured opportunities?
JoltRev logs what happened on each call — whether a service request was captured, a callback was requested, or an appointment was booked. This gives you a clear record of the opportunities JoltRev handled that might otherwise have been missed.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. There is no long-term contract and no multi-year commitment.
How quickly can it be running?
Voice service can be set up quickly once we have your business information, call-handling rules, and forwarding configuration. Features such as text messaging can be activated separately as they are configured, so they do not have to delay your voice receptionist going live.
Hear it before you decide anything
Call the demonstration line and put it through a real HVAC call. If you want to talk about your own setup, ask it to schedule a callback with our team.
