A Revenue Recovery System for Service Businesses
For local service businesses
Turn unanswered calls into captured opportunities.
JoltRev helps service businesses respond to overflow and after-hours calls, identify what the customer needs and move qualified opportunities toward the next step.
This is the JoltRev demonstration line. You are calling a demonstration of the system, not a service company.

The problem
The phone rings when nobody can reach it
You already paid to make that phone ring — through advertising, your search visibility, a referral, or years of doing good work. None of that spend cares whether anyone picked up.
You are on a job
Hands full, phone in the truck. The call rings out.
You are driving
Between sites with two calls stacking up behind you.
The office is closed
Evenings, weekends, holidays. Voicemail is the only thing awake.
You are helping another customer
One conversation at a time means the second caller gets a busy tone.
The caller moves on
They go back to the results page and try the next company on it.
A caller with an urgent problem is rarely willing to leave a message and wait. The next company down the list is one tap away.
How it works
Four steps, start to finish
You decide when JoltRev picks up — after hours only, on overflow, or both. From there every call follows a workflow you approve.
A customer calls
The call reaches JoltRev after hours, during overflow, or when nobody on your team is free to answer.
JoltRev answers and identifies the need
It responds using your approved business information and works out what the caller is actually asking for.
It captures and routes the opportunity
Contact details and the reason for the call are recorded, then the configured next step is scheduled or the request is sent to your team.
You get the information and can measure it
The request arrives with its details intact and the outcome is logged, so the result can be reviewed later.
Capabilities
What the system can be configured to do
These are capabilities, not promises about your results. What you switch on is your call.
After-hours and overflow answering
Picks up when the office is closed, during overflow, or when nobody is free to reach the phone.
Caller information capture
Records the name, callback number and other contact details the caller provides.
Service request qualification
Asks the questions you configure so the request arrives with the context your team needs to act on it.
Appointment and callback scheduling
Books the next step against your availability, or takes a callback request when booking is not appropriate.
Optional confirmation texts
Can send approved appointment or callback confirmations by text when messaging is configured and the caller has given permission.
Opportunity and outcome tracking
Logs what came in and what happened to it, so captured opportunities can be reviewed rather than assumed.
Your business information
Answers using the services, hours, pricing guidance and policies you approve.
Service area guidance
Applies the service area you define so out-of-area callers are handled the way you want.
Where we are now
Our first deployment is built for HVAC
JoltRev is built to serve local service businesses generally, but we are deliberately starting in one trade and doing it properly. The HVAC configuration is complete today — service request qualification, service area handling and scheduling built around how heating and cooling calls actually come in.
Other trades will follow as each configuration is genuinely ready. We would rather have one page that is true than six that are not.
Accountability
Built to prove its own value
We are not going to hand you a projected return. We do not know your close rate, your average ticket or your market. What JoltRev can do is document what it handled so you can judge it against your own numbers.
- Calls answered that would otherwise have gone unanswered
- Qualified requests captured, with the details the caller gave
- Callbacks requested and scheduled
- Appointments booked against your calendar
- Call outcomes, including the ones that came to nothing
The demo
Experience it yourself
The fastest way to judge this is to call it. Describe a problem the way one of your customers would, ask what it costs, and try to get on the schedule.
If you want to talk with us, ask it to schedule a callback with our team.
Questions
Common questions
Is JoltRev meant to replace my staff?
No. It covers the calls your team cannot get to — after hours, during overflow, and when everyone is already busy. When your office is open and available, your people answer.
Can it answer outside normal business hours?
Yes. You choose whether it answers only outside business hours, only when nobody on your team gets to the phone, or both.
Can it schedule appointments or callbacks?
Yes. It can book against your availability with conflict checking, suggest alternative times, or take a callback request instead of booking. You decide which of those it is allowed to do.
Can it be customized for my company?
Yes. It answers using the business information you approve during setup — services, hours, policies, scheduling rules and the area you cover. It is not meant to answer questions about your business that you have not given it.
Can it send confirmation texts?
Not yet — text messaging is not active. It requires carrier-compliant A2P registration of the sending number, and messages only go to callers who gave permission during the call. Carriers control that registration timeline, so we do not quote an approval date. Voice answering does not depend on it.
How are captured opportunities documented?
Each call is logged with what happened on it: whether it was answered, whether a qualified request was captured, and whether it ended in a booking, a scheduled callback or nothing at all. Any dollar figure attached to that is an estimate built from assumptions you provide, not a measurement of revenue.
Call it before you decide anything
Put the demonstration line through a real call. If it holds up, request a callback from a member of our team and we will talk about your own phone setup.
