This Privacy Policy explains how RHG Solutions LLC (“RHG Solutions,” “we,” “us”) handles information in connection with JoltRev and this website. JoltRev is operated by RHG Solutions LLC.

Information we collect

Information you give us directly

If you contact us by email, or submit a callback request through a form on this site, we receive what you provide. That may include your name, your business name, your business email address, your mobile number, your city and state, your preferred callback time and any message you write.

Calls to the demonstration line

(412) 618-1995 is a demonstration line operated by RHG Solutions. When you call it, our telephony providers process your telephone number and the audio of the call in order to connect and handle it. Demonstration calls may be recorded or transcribed so that we can evaluate and improve the system. If you do not want your call recorded, do not call the demonstration line. Recordings and transcripts of demonstration calls are retained only as long as needed for evaluation and are then deleted.

Information collected automatically

This website does not run advertising pixels, third-party analytics or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider records standard server request information, which may include IP address, browser type, referring page and time of request. That information is used to operate and secure the site.

If we add an analytics or advertising provider in the future, this policy will be updated before that provider is enabled.

How we use information

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule a callback you requested.
• To operate, evaluate and improve the JoltRev system.
• To send transactional messages you have given permission to receive, such as a confirmation of a callback you asked for.
• To send promotional messages only where you have separately and affirmatively opted in to receive them.
• To meet our legal, tax and recordkeeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Client engagements

When a business engages JoltRev, that business’s callers may provide information to the system during a call. In that arrangement we process caller information on behalf of the client business, under our agreement with that business. The client business is responsible for its own privacy obligations to its callers, including any notice or consent its jurisdiction requires for call recording.

Service providers

We use third-party providers to operate the system, which may include telephony and voice processing, calendar scheduling, email delivery, text message delivery and website hosting. These providers process information only as needed to provide their service to us.

Text messaging

Text messaging is governed by our Messaging/SMS Terms. In short: transactional messages are sent only to people who have given permission, consent to promotional messages is never a condition of any purchase or service, and you can stop messages at any time by replying STOP.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, and then for as long as required for legal, tax or recordkeeping purposes. Demonstration call recordings are kept only for evaluation and are deleted when no longer needed for that purpose.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text message to stop further messages to that number.
• Email us to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to request deletion.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information. Contact us and we will respond as applicable law requires.

Children

This site and the JoltRev system are intended for businesses. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this policy. The revision date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
